Zoom Out was designed to be the concept behind the Degree Show for the 2024 Coventry University Graphic Design class. Zoom Out aims to expose the expanse of the design industry and how we, as new designers, impact those around us. It shows how we broaden our perspectives and discover new horizons as designers. This bold, dynamic brand identity celebrates our graduating class’s creativity and potential.
This collaborative project was undertaken with my classmates Alex Lindon and Mirela Lesneanu. The three of us worked seamlessly to create the concept and the visual language system to go along with it. We each focused on the areas of the project that played to our strengths. I worked as the art director, ensuring all the outcomes we created fit the established concept and rules. I also did the illustration, logo, and other visual assets, which were then applied to different touchpoints such as posters, motion graphics, and brochures by Alex and Mirela.
